When Planning Approvals are issued for either development or subdivision, they are usually accompanied by a list of conditions that must be fulfilled in order to lawfully implement the approved subdivision or development.
These conditions usually involve preparation of various management plans and engineering drawings, implementation of works associated with those plans and drawings, coordination of relevant sub-consultants and contractors to assist in implementation, and negotiation and administration with the service authorities in relation to the clearances to be provided for the relevant conditions.
